STRATA (Boise, ID), a provider of environmental, geotechnical, and construction engineering, construction inspection, and construction materials testing services, announced that it has merged with Consolidated Engineers and Materials Testing (CE&MT; Gillette, WY). STRATA said that the merger strengthens its core business and expands its geographical range to Utah, Wyoming, and North Dakota.
